Ruins of Tiwanaku

They had introduced some new traffic rules in La Paz which caused pandemonium. The journey took 4 hrs instead of 1.5 hr. This was probably a contributory factor but I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the ruins; they were only partially excavated. Luckily it didn't take 4hrs to return to La Paz.
